Employee ideas shine bright

The 2009 'Shining Idea' awards ceremony was held at the employee Christmas party on December 16. The 'Shining Idea' program allows Rockcastle Regional employees to submit ideas and suggestions based on the organization's five Standards of Performance pillars: Service Excellence, Technology, Performance Improvement, Human Resources and Financial Improvement. Winners are chosen from each of the five pillars and receive a trophy and $500.
