Rockcastle Regional offers the best in fitness equipment and qualified staff in our state-of-the-art Wellness Center. Equipped with over 22 weight lifting machines and 15 aerobic exercisers, the Wellness Center is able to provide for a wide variety of needs. The Wellness Center is open to the community for a monthly membership fee. Other features include:
