The Rockcastle Regional Hospital Business Office is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an employee who is resourceful in their problem solving skills, can demonstrate excellent conflict/resolution skills, and exhibits a positive attitude. Employee must be able to conduct themselves in accordance to Rockcastle Regional's Behavior Standards. Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
High school diploma or GED required.
