Digital Marketing Specialist

Description: Rockcastle Regional Hospital is currently seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist. Duties include conceptualize, develop, implement, and monitor web-based creative content for use in interactive digital campaigns and community outreach initiatives; work closely with the Community Relations Director to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans, by developing both short- and long-term projects; manage ongoing enhancements to website SEO strategy; provides consistent oversight and monitoring of all organizational digital footprint; expert data analytical skills, ability to generate reports to inform and complement overall strategic marketing initiatives; conduct industry trend research to support planning and development. Ideal candidate must be organized with a strong attention to detail; possess the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines, with exceptional interpersonal skills, high-energy, positive attitude, collaborative, self-starter; and the ability to generate new and innovative ideas.

Skills preferred: basic graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign, specifically); basic video editing skills (Premier Pro/Rush, preferred); basic photography skills and working knowledge of A/B and multi-variate testing. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communication, or related field; 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing; strong technical, written, proofreading, communication skills required (long-form writing skills are a plus); expert knowledge in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite/Ad Manager, SEO, and SEM.
