Customer Service Representative

Description:  The Rockcastle Regional Hospital Business Office is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an employee who is resourceful in their problem-solving skills, can demonstrate excellent conflict/resolution skills, and exhibits a positive attitude. This position will be Monday thru Friday, 7:30am-4pm. Full time benefits include medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and on-site child care.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
