Health Information Clerk/Coder

Description: Rockcastle Regional is currently seeking a full-time Health Information Clerk/Coder.  The position is on-site and requires coding of medical charts, as well as other Health Information duties. Must be dependable and very detail oriented. The schedule is Monday through Friday, day shift. Position offers excellent full-time benefits including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.

Qualifications: Must have completed or be enrolled in a health information program or medical coding program. RHIT (or RHIT eligible), CCS, CCA certified or other coding certification preferred.
