Description: Rockcastle Regional Hospital has a position available for a Human Resource Professional. Must possess demonstrated interpersonal and critical-thinking skills, strong Microsoft computer knowledge, be detail-oriented, and exhibit professionalism. Position will support HR operations including record keeping, coordination of benefits, employee orientation, and employee inquiries. Full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) plan with employer match, and on-site childcare center.  Qualifications: Requires minimum 2 years previous experience in Human Resources or a Business related field. Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
