Kettlebell is a total body workout that combines power and strength to build stamina and total body strength using kettlebells. Workouts include squats, lunges, crunches, and other moves that work your abdominals and other core muscles. Equipment needed is, a kettlebell of the weight of your choice, and a yoga mat.
