Rockcastle Regional Hospital is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Phone Triage CMA or LPN for our Rockcastle Pediatrics and Adolescents clinic. Position is responsible for handling incoming calls, assessing symptoms over the phone, coordinating care, processing medication refill requests, and determining the need for in-person visits. Must be a CMA, or LPN, to assist physician, as well as register and schedule patients. Hours are Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 pm, no weekends or holidays. CMA must possess current certification or registration as a Medical Assistant. LPN must hold a current Kentucky license. Experience preferred but not required for this position.
