Emergency

Life may be on hold, emergencies aren't. Emergencies don't wait just because of a pandemic. It is safe to seek care for your healthcare needs. Please don't wait.

When coming to our facility for any emergencies or appointments, please take a moment to view this video from Dr. Karen Saylor about what to expect when you arrive.

Last Reviewed 10.19.20

Per the Kentucky Department of Public Health, please adhere to these requirements when entering our facility to ensure patient safety and reduce the risk of potential exposure and spread of COVID-19:

  • You must wear a mask before entering. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided. To help conserve vital personal protective equipment (PPE), we are asking patients who do have cloth masks to wear these, as they are sufficient for non-procedure contact.
  • All patients will be screened upon entrance to the facility. Screening will consist of temperature check and COVID-19 exposure questionnaire.
  • Only patients receiving care may enter. Patients that require assistance (e.g. pediatric, etc.) will be permitted to be accompanied by one adult. All other visitors are asked to wait in their car. No one will be permitted to wait in lobbies, waiting areas, etc.

If you are experiencing an emergency, please go to your nearest emergency room or dial 911.
