Spin

Spin class is a high-intesity, indoor cycling workout. Workouts include varying levels of resistance and speed to simulate hills, sprint, and interval training. Classes are centered around fitness and fun, set to upbeat and motivating music, workouts focus on improving cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance, and overall strength. They also provide a low-impact exercise option suitable for various fitness levels.

Jana Bray, who is certified through Spinning®, instructs spin class. An avid outdoor cyclist, Jana brings the outdoors into every spin class by mimicking workouts to an energizing ride along rolling country hills.

Classes meet on Mondays at 4:15 pm, Wednesdays at 4:15pm, and Thursdays at 4:15pm for one hour classes. On Fridays, a 30-minute class is offered at 12:00pm.
