This weekend, we transitioned to Epic, one of the nation’s leading electronic medical record systems, along with MyChart, a patient portal that will provide greater access to your health information and help you stay connected to your healthcare team.

As with any major improvement, you may notice that some visits, registration processes, or other services take a little longer than usual during the initial transition period. Our staff is working diligently to ensure that your information is entered accurately and that your care remains our top priority.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement this important enhancement. The benefits of this new system – including improved care coordination, greater access to your medical information, and enhanced patient safety – will serve our patients and community for years to come.
