Blast into fall with this high-energy race and support the children/youth of Rockcastle County. Proceeds benefit Rockcastle County Kiwanis Club. All Rockcastle County students receive a free registration! 

Event Details

• 5K Run and 2-Mile Walk begins at 8:00 a.m. at Brodhead Elementary School on Saturday, September 26
• Event will be chip-timed.
• Race day packet pick up from 7:00-7:45 a.m.
• $20 pre-registration fee by Monday, Sept. 15, includes race t-shirt.
• $25 registration fee after Sept. 15. T-shirt not guaranteed.

Awards

• Overall male and female race winner
• Top three male and female runners in each of the following age groups: 12-under; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80+
• Top three fastest male and female walkers

NEW! Student Strides 2026

• ALL students age 4-18 run FREE! No shirt included in registration, but may be added on for additional fee.
• Students who complete at least 7 races will receive a $25 gift card and custom t-shirt at the end of the 2026 series!
• Students must run or walk to be eligible for awards and incentives.
